Everything went well until I got home and looked at the recommendations from the 32 point inspection. Two of the things it said was my air filter and cabin filter were dirty and should be replaced. I just replaced both of them 1 month ago ! 😢

I brought in my truck for regular maintenance and oil change. It has 33000 miles on it . Told dealer I was traveling on a long trip to ensure all was good. The plug for the oil blew out and I have been told that is due to negligence by the service department the plug was either stripped, tightened to much or to much oil was put in I ended up in desert for 5 hours could not get a tow truck my dog almost died as it was 115 degrees. A state trooper finally rescued us ?? I am now told it will take 2 weeks to fix the situation. I was on my way to my daughters wedding and now have no vehicle simply because service department did not do their job To date no solution on this matter

Service reps told me an oil change would take 1 and 1/2 hours. I waited for 4 hours. I got no apology or explanation as to why it took so long. I heard 2 other people complain they were waiting the same amount of time. Also, I got back to my truck to find a tire valve cap missing, steering wheel lowered, and found a pen in there. I'm not coming back to this place.

My work order included request to “repair driver rear tire”. This repair was not performed. I do not know why. I still have a leaking tire. Work order also included resetting tire monitors to correct wheels (TPMS Sensor). This was required due to previous oil change and tire rotation where TPMS was not reset after tire rotation. I still have a low tire indicator for driver rear tire due to leak not repaired. I suspect TPMS sensors not reset or tires not rotated.

Not happy with the way you are greeted it when arrival, you actually have to get off the car and walk in and met him know where you are there for even though you have an appointment. Also and very important when I have gotten my vehicle back, it is dirty where the illuminated door entry is.. this has happened every time I take my vehicle in to Yates GMC .

Had oil change and they spilled oil all over top of motor. Had them clean up. Battery hold down never installed right by manufacturer. Told and showed them. 1 screw put in with by hand,not tightened. Had that fixed. They didn't put a nut to hold other end,Had that fixed.They checked air filter and over tightened screws with screw gun. They didn't even put 1 screw in back that is below maf sensor. Had them fix. They don't cover seats anymore. Was told by service they are supposed to on every vehicle. I asked people in oil lube office and they said they don't know where to find them. Seems to me that management is not pushing any of these issues. Techs in shop should know what to do,but aren't.

The time my vehicle would be ready kept changing and when my car was finished I had been at dealership 7 hrs. I was offered a ride home and pickup service however based on my promised time of vehicle return I didn’t think it would be necessary. My promised pickup time changed 3 times. Also, my quoted price ended up being $375 more than originally quoted. I want black and white, bottom line and I felt in this transaction I was being jerked around.
