The time my vehicle would be ready kept changing and when my car was finished I had been at dealership 7 hrs. I was offered a ride home and pickup service however based on my promised time of vehicle return I didn’t think it would be necessary. My promised pickup time changed 3 times. Also, my quoted price ended up being $375 more than originally quoted. I want black and white, bottom line and I felt in this transaction I was being jerked around.
