I had an 8:30 am appointment on Saturday 8-26-23 for an oil change only. I told them when I made the appointment that I would be waiting in the lobby for the car. I told the person who checked me in that I would be waiting for the car. I heard nothing for 2 hours. I went in to the office to check on the status of my car, and I was told that it just went in and would be at least another 45 minutes. I waited another hour and went back to the office where it was miraculously done. I was irritated because no one bothered to update me or even as a courtesy to tell me they were behind. The service person couldn't even tell me where my car was parked. I was the last person sitting in the lobby----clearly every other single car was put in for service before mine (cars before and cars that came in after). No one apologized---just gave excuses. I wouldn't be so irritated and upset if someone had the courtesy to reach out and talk to me. They knew I was in the lobby waiting, and they had my phone number--but no one could be bothered to update me. I was treated like I should be grateful that they washed the car. I bought the car at Yates, but I may consider taking it to another dealer for service. I am fed up.

Service department use to greet you now you have to go in and wait. 5people in there and no one said hi just a minute , we will be right with you . Waiting 6 minutes before someone acknowledged me.

Every time I take my pickup in for service there are new employees. It must be a terrible place to work. If employees are disappointed it probably shows on the type of service I get!!

Went in for a simple oil change, followed by recommended maintenance. I picked up my vehicle with damages at the lower portion of the bumper. I was told they ordered parts, it will almost be a month now, and I have no idea where these parts are if there a week out, if they’re months out. I definitely will not ever return to roll the dice on such an experience ever again
