Not happy with the way you are greeted it when arrival, you actually have to get off the car and walk in and met him know where you are there for even though you have an appointment. Also and very important when I have gotten my vehicle back, it is dirty where the illuminated door entry is.. this has happened every time I take my vehicle in to Yates GMC .
