It was great! The only thing that bothered me, was when the guy brought my car up, he left the seat and floor cover in the car, he should throw it in the trash, I had no near by trash can to put it in..

I have nothing but good things to say about Yates. A+ rating to Juilo my salesman ant Matthew the sales manager. The difference about these folks is they care, they take their time and get it done ( i even was greeted by the owner ) They are a big dealership with a family feel. Compared to other dealers, well there is no compairson ! I drive close to a 100 mile round trip just to deal with them. Do yourself a favor, make Yates your home garage. Tom L

Chris was AMAZING in working with me to purchase my new car. What started as a call saying I was day dreaming about a new car which was the 2017 GMC turned into a real dream come true with my new 2024 GMC.. I am blown away.. two thumbs up to Yates for having Chris there to help me. Bonus #2 I literally saw one of favorite car sales lady ever.. My Trudy !!! Very nice advisor. However , I did not like that he did not go over the recommendations and did not provide with the cost of the repairs. I had to call back and request the price of the repairs. Wondering if the free inspection is accurate because one of the recommendations is to replace my battery when I purchased the battery there on June 2023. Makes me question if the battery was actually checked ?

The overall experience was great. Two issue bugged me a bit. One I was required to purchase a repair program that covers seat rips, paint fade, etc-I have no use for this program and think it should be an option not a mandated to buy a car at Yates! The other issue I was going to write a check and pay for the car but was required to finance it for 4 months. Both of these issue were clearly for the benefit of Yates to make additional money and not customer focused. The salesperson I used was Matt Mooney and he was exceptional. Very pleasant and helpful. I really enjoyed the communication both before arriving at the dealership via email, phone and in person. The manager who helped with the transaction was John. He was also very professional and helpful with the purchase. However, the terms- trade in value we agreed two days earlier was adjusted down by $2,000. He stated his boss quoted it less and also required the financing to sell the car. I never met his boss- I feel he or she should have stopped in and introduced themselves and gone over the reason for the change. Obviously these two issues didn’t stop me from buying but as a business owner I wanted to give an honest review of my experience. Both Matt and John did an excellent job in this transaction.

We had a good experience during this last service with our service guy and Jeremy the head of the Department in which we were all working on a issue that developed last May. At that time we gave a bad review but Jeremy contacted us afterwards to see what Yates could do which wasn't much since we were not back in Arizona until October. The service at this time went well, however, the issue is not fixed yet and we are supposed to be contacted when the parts arrive to fix the issue. We took our vehicle back so that we could use it during the holidays and plan to contact Yates next week after our short trip to see where we are towards getting the issue finally fixed. We are hoping that it actually happens.

Service advisor took care of the problem and was able to diagnosis the check engine and get it into the shop to me within a day to get repaired Md back to me. This is huge as all of work and need our wheels to get there.
