Well... we are not done yet. Chris Brown is my guy - but even he knows that we may be waiting awhile for the part to repair our seat. A nice $1,100 figure - but fortunately our service contract will cover it.

The dealer misrepresented the mileage on the new vehicle. Contract states 25 miles, actual miles was 266. I bought either a dealer demo or a slightly used car and was fooled in the process. I am not happy. The dealer has not returned my call.

Once the Yates put their experienced mechanic on the repair it was completed quickly. Mechanically the repairs are fine. There is an issue with damaged paint on the hood and top of the cab that I will report to Yates tomorrow. It was discovered after we washed a very dirty truck that we received back when we picked it up.

I met Daisy for the first time. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Daisy kept me up to date on what needed to be done, the cost and the progress of my Yates vehicle. I also met Tyson. What a fine person. He drove me home, washed my car when it was ready, and came to pick me up and bring me back. Very comfortable ride and very pleasant conversation. I had forgotten their names, so I called Sean today to ask, as it was important to me that I acknowledge their professionalism.
