Poor communication, took over 8hrs for an oil change. No phone call and no one was avalible to answer the phone. I get it was the holidays and they were likely understaffed. All I was looking for was communication, I had to call 3 times before I got any kind of update. Everything else was fine, the service guy that helped me was good when I was in the office, no issues.

When making our appt for the first oil change of our 2023 Canyon there was no mention that it would take 2 hours. We drove quite a distance to have the oil change done and had no idea we would need to be gone a total of 4 hours (driving time and oil change time). It would be nice to be informed of this in the future.
