We had a good experience during this last service with our service guy and Jeremy the head of the Department in which we were all working on a issue that developed last May. At that time we gave a bad review but Jeremy contacted us afterwards to see what Yates could do which wasn't much since we were not back in Arizona until October. The service at this time went well, however, the issue is not fixed yet and we are supposed to be contacted when the parts arrive to fix the issue. We took our vehicle back so that we could use it during the holidays and plan to contact Yates next week after our short trip to see where we are towards getting the issue finally fixed. We are hoping that it actually happens.
