Traveling from out of State he had the vehicle ready to be checked out and answered all the questions I had. Awesome service is harder to come by anymore.

I make an appointment for my car each time it needs regular service. By making an appointment I assume the car will be taken in on a reasonable time frame for repair. This last time I waited for 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and quick service. Much longer than I feel it should take with an appointment. Your employees are courteous and take the heat of customer comments but the service timeframes have progressively gotten worse since I bought my car from you.

When we first dropped off our SRX for servicing they said that they would clean it up for us, but that their washing machine was broke down. When we went to pick up the vehicle we noticed that it had not been cleaned as expected. They apologized and offered to detail it for us. We carried the SRX in there for detailing and when they had finished with it it looked almost brand new. They did an excellent job on the detailing.
