New tires, new brakes, replace defective door switch, oil change, all done quickly and perfectly by dealership and customer service rep. I didn't have time to get competitive pricing for tires and brakes but found out later that Yates had automatically done a "price match" and gave me a better deal than a couple of popular tire stores so Yates gets my 110% satisfaction. The customer service rep, Ashley, has done a great job for me during previous visits and exceeded my expectations again by coordinating all the work items, keeping me up to date on recommendations and progress and having the vehicle ready when promised so she gets 110% satisfaction.

In the end all the maters is that Yates delivered a, absolutely perfect vehicle, just as order, the final process went smooth. The economy really changed things that were completely out of control of the dealership.
