I wasn't in on 8/15 for service. I was in for service in July. This was for an issue that was supposedly fixed when my vehicle was in for 6 weeks in January, then again for another week in March. I was told by another repair shop that my 4 motor mounts were bad. 3 had been replaced in January by Yates. The shop said I should return it to Yates to get them fixed under warranty. I returned to Yates and left a message for the Service Manager about my plight (did not receive a call back). I was told by the Service Advisor that three motor mounts were fine but the fourth needed to be replaced. A part was ordered and it took 1 week to get. But it was the wrong part. So they replaced another part and told me the car was fixed. I still have the same issue with my car more than 8 months later.

Excellent service - no pressure; Tomiko is a superb salesman, easy to talk to, and answered all questions. I spent a lot less time in the dealership than I thought I would and to top it off - my payment came in lower than expected. My sister and her husband were also impressed and are looking into a potential purchase at Yates. I recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a no-hassle experience.

Oil change was fine. Delay of 2 hours behind scheduled time is the concern. Scheduling an appt you don’t expect to be that far behind and then have to wait.

When we agreed so I can go pick up battery to get it replaced when I got there the guy there didn't know nothing about it and they couldn't find the keys for my truck so it was a waste of time of about an hour and a half. And when I go pick up truck I asked if they replaced battery wire the one I authorized to get replaced the Thursday before and their answer was no because they needed a good battery the one they didn't had ready for me to swap and they still charge me a full diagnostic fee.
