Confirmed Service Customer
I have experienced a number of issues with my 2022 Chevy Silverado. After I dropped off for a third time due to suspension noise, I asked to have the vehicle detailed as a courtesy for the inconvenience this has caused. I was told they would detail it- NOTHING! I also made sure to ask for something as simple as a oil change sticker in the driver side corner, I was told it was done, NOTHING! I purchased the MBP which included oil changes, I then get a call from the rep stating I owe $80+. I thought the dealership is a place for quality work, I have not received that!

One would think that a baseline inspection of a used car in the State of Arizona would include checking to see the air conditioning system works. We realize that we bought a car beyond it's warranty, and we remain happy with our purchase. But it is unfortunate that the salesman was more interested in checking to see that we logged onto OnStar than confirming we had functioning AC. Stand by your products and be decent to people; it's easy.

Having to take the entire dash board system apart to gain access to repair the A/C system and successfully getting it back together perfectly exceeded my expectations. You left no sign you were ever there. Everything is working again. I think the cost was too high, otherwise you would have gotten the highest possible rating. Customer service did great keeping me updated during the multi day process.

Walked in pretty late on a Thursday night and we didn't feel pushed or rushed in the slightest. On the contrary, we were met with patience and full understanding for what we were in search for. With that being said we did end up bringing home our new truck and with such ease! Extra kudos to Andrew Orr and Temiko who not only met but exceeded all expectations during this process. The experience at the dealership was great! It was easy to drop off the vehicle and get a ride back home. The upgrades were performed incredibly fast and the vehicle was ready a few hours later on the same day. The service advisor had a great attitude and made the overall visit very good!

Took my vehicle in for repairs and it sat in the lot for two days and no one looked at it. I picked the vehicle up and the only service received was a collection of dirt. Spent $30 to get my unprepared vehicle clean.

Communication was excellent by Ashley. I was kept informed almost daily as to the progress of my repair. My only complaint was when i picked up my car i got a block from the dealership and the low gas light came on. I went immediately to a gas station and filled up the tank. It turned out I had only 1 gallon of gas left in the tank. Not sure how many miles they had to drive the car to test it, but it would have been nice if they would have told me I was then low on gas when I accepted the car.

I would like to name a few people who has been very helpful from start to end the service. Mr. Richard who was my person of contact over the phone to schedule the service. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Made so welcome to get my service at Yates GMC. He even gave me the direction turn by turn how to get their. Next Mr. Daniele who was incharge service itself. Very communicable person explain things very well. There was another gentleman who I forgot the name welcome initially while me and my wife in the line. He was very friendly and welcoming us. Overall I have the most satisfying experience after a long years. I recommend this place to anyone without any hesitations. Please stay away GMC service center in Tempe and Body shop they use in Gilbert. I have a very bad experience with those. Thanks for reading.....and peace....
