The salesperson Joan Melendrez did not know the product . He lied about the damage on the new truck we are buying said it was fixed it was not.I had to initiate the communication on progress ..not my job .I requested another salesperson we now have Robert he knows his product very professional and cares about the customer's needs not only about making a sale like Joan..it is now over a week and still don't have our new truck .Had Joan ordered the parts we would have our truck but that's okay Robert took control and we will be on the road soon. Joan Melendrez will not have a repeat customer! We only drive GM and cadillac.I knew the product better than Joan Melendrez. It's a shame you have someone presenting your business that has no inclination of your products.

My car was there for almost 10 days and the issue still exists. My car was filthy when I picked it up ..I did not leave it there like that ,I had to take it and get it detailed .Need major help communicating with clients and being honest!! My vehicles will not be back any time ,and will not recommend!

Great customer service. Timely repairs. I didn't get a call the first day telling me repairs would carry on into the next day. They also didn't bother to look at warranty coverage before building a cash estimate. Besides that I am very satisfied.

Customer service was good by keeping me updated on vehicle, but they forgot to check all fluids. I bought the windshield fluids myself and my husband put it in, I did let cherish know she said I can bring back but highest gas is, they need to be more thorough. But otherwise everything was okay.

Why can't I take my new truck to a nearest Dealership to have it service ? Some times a drop off is a have to be, I don't like buttons behind the steering wheel. the bright head lights and on coming traffic will high beam, and bright head lights in the mirrors from the traffic behind me, the radio back ground noise too loud and anouning (base), the camera to the rear i don't use. and i am not a computer wiz...and you still sell and shove to a buyer..not good. and i don't like electric solar vehicles..ok that's that. Bye.
