I was informed over the phone that my service appointment would only need 90-minutes to complete. However, at the 90-minute mark post drop off my vehicle remained in the same spot. After ~105 minute my vehicle was finally taken back, then completed in ~20 minutes. It is preposterous to run a business this way when people have plans set around the timelines provided. In addition to that, a simple phone call before my appointment explaining the service departments inability to meet expectations on timelines provided would have been appreciated, therefore I didn’t waste 2+ hours of my time sitting there. This is unacceptable.

The service Dept was great, and one of the Gal's in service got me on the waiting list for the 2024 Electric Pickup Truck. That the pervious time I was into the showroom to have the Sale's people do that, they said they couldn't help me?? So when they notify me when it's time to purchase the Truck I'm going to buy it through her. Got it!
