Confirmed Service Customer
I was informed over the phone that my service appointment would only need 90-minutes to complete. However, at the 90-minute mark post drop off my vehicle remained in the same spot. After ~105 minute my vehicle was finally taken back, then completed in ~20 minutes. It is preposterous to run a business this way when people have plans set around the timelines provided. In addition to that, a simple phone call before my appointment explaining the service departments inability to meet expectations on timelines provided would have been appreciated, therefore I didn’t waste 2+ hours of my time sitting there. This is unacceptable.
