Service took over 2 hours and then on Sunday morning found that was not sitting right opened hood and found oil filler cap sitting on air cleaner and hood was closed on that and I drove 17.6 miles from your dealership him with this like this and the wife drove another 18miles with this like that later that night the only reason I gave 2 star is the service advisor was great

always the best service and i know my vehicle is taken care of with Ashley! I called regarding the tire sensor having issues mid morning, was told to bring it right in and got it back that afternoon. All the sensors were checked and replaced as needed. Thankful for great seevice!

My salesman was James Whiteside. James went above and beyond in getting me the exact Buick Encore GX that I wanted. He spent time listening to what I was looking for. After the sale and paperwork was signed, he spent some time in the HOT sun showing me certain features worked and made sure I understood. He said if I did have any further questions, that I could call him to see if he could answer them. He was personable, friendly, and a real go getter. Extremely happy with my new Buick and will highly recommend Yates Buick GMC dealership and James.

Dylan did a great job helping me and was patient with my timeframe. Frank also was a great help during this process. Hector was extremely unprofessional when he came into the dealership swearing and yelling at the front desk. I would have fired him on the spot for how he talked to Dylan in front of a customer (me). Matt was also very unhelpful when we needed a manager to step up. The guy in finance was extremely nice but was misleading when explaining the cost of the extended warranty. I still have not gotten my floor mats or second key and it has been over a week.

Wouldn't match other dealers for service prices also when I had to go walk to get my car in the back lot the 5 sets of greasy finger prints on the outside door jam also the sticker for the oil change reminder was in the middle of the window yes middle and barely on all crumbled up dealer mat on floor all full of grease and the artic seat cover in the back seat after paying 200 more because no discount this is the service I get from coming over from gateway very disappointed
