Your Product Specialist, Dwayne Pogue, was very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He listened to my needs and proceeded to try to best fit those needs. He gave me updates throughout the process that helped manage my anxieties since buying a new car is a stressful process. I in the end, he fulfilled my expectations and I drove off with the car I wanted.

Dropped my car off at 8ish on Monday to get checked why coolant was leaking. Didn’t hear back on what was going on with car till about 3 when I came back to the dealership Sense I had not heard anything on what was the issue with the car was and did not get a call back. They had just started looking at car and would give me a call back in an hour. Was told it was some hoses that needed to be replaced and a flush of the coolant system should be done and they could get it fix by End of day. Drove car next day and noticed pulling out of garage even more coolant was leaking now than before.
