Daisy and the crew were awesome. I was treated kindly and with respect. Sales Team consisting of Hector, Travis and the sales manager were outstanding. I will continue my service/maintenance relationship with y���all because of the professionalism, care, and attention given to me during my visit. Still waiting to receive my bag from Yates. Y���all were out of them.

Judith was great. The service wasn���t good. My truck door was scratched and the mechanic put his dirty shoes all over my floor mats. The truck had oil and grease all over the front of my truck. Experience was not good.

The difference between 2 days and 48 hours is a difference of Monday 7 a. m. to Tuesday 6 p.m. and Monday 7 a.m. to Wednesday at 12 noon. I was never given an approximate cost or and an explanation of what was going to happen to my car. I was not kept up to date as to what was happening. Very frustrating.

Had my vehicle towed in 10/1 it had an error and wouldnt start. On 10/4 was advised it was fixed and ready to pick up. I got it home and went to start it about an hour later, same error issue and vehicle wouldn't start. Vehicle had to be towed back to Yates same day. It is now 10/8 - no status, no vehicle. I have zero idea what is happening with my vehicle at this point.

Lack of communication. Had an 8 o���clock appt. Finally called at 2:30 to see what was going on and they said my car wouldn���t be ready for a couple of hours. Chris was my contact. There is no reason to not keep the customer up to date. I asked them to wash the car. They told me they were short handed because 2 people had to go to a seminar. Poor excuse. Just made me more angry. They didn���t. The only good part of the experience is the shuttle driver, Josie. She is wonderFul and always so nice.
