Normally I don’t have any issues. On my most recent visit. I arrived on time. My assigned service advisor was not there. I was checked in by the person at the desk. She asked if I wanted my car washed after the service. I said yes that would be great. Service was completed. I went to get my car and it was still dirty. My thought on this… you offered and marked it down and it was not completed! As a business of being in cars. I would think that every car that leaves your dealership should be clean when they roll off the lot. Impression being clean, good looking cars. Equates a solid place to shop.. after the sale is just as valuable as the sale.

I appreciate that when I come in for routine service my service drive rep Ashley Salinas is always more than helpful. She is able to explain to me what my car needs and why. That is helpful to me as someone with minimal car mechanic knowledge!

First morning appt and told it will be an hour and half for just an oil change. Told by mechanic I need 2 air filters for my car when I only have 6000 miles on it. They supposedly washed my car but it came back with spots and dirt all over it. Never had such a bad experience as I had that day.

I was there for you to repair the damage from my last visit! It’s still not done and I’m discusseded that the work done was thought to be completed. Looks like finger nail polish. The only positive thing is that Mike has tried very hard to make us happy without the support from anyone as far as I see

The communication was not always available I understand that they were busy but I felt that because they kept my car for more than 3 weeks I could have gotten calls more finding out what is happening with my car.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership in my life I have bought over 30 cars in my life as I am 59 years old . I would never recommend this dealership. I even spoke with the owner no wander it has 11 BBB complaints in last 12 months with leadership like Whitney.
Brought my vehicle in for the recall on the fuel pump. The rep said it will take all day, but I would get my vehicle back same day. Got a call at the end of the day and was told the job was bigger than anticipated and they needed another day. Got a call the next day saying the part they ordered wasn't the correct one and I wouldn't get my vehicle back until the end of the following week. Got a call the following Friday saying vehicle was all set and ready for pickup. I picked my vehicle up. Everything seemed fine so I drove to work and back. When I filled up my tank that evening, the gas gauge went to empty. My low fuel light was on and I had a check engine light. I put 15.5 gallons of gas in my vehicle that night. I checked the vehicle specifications and the tank is a 15.6 gallon capacity. I was .1 gallons away from being stranded on the road somewhere. Called Yates the following morning and they asked when I could bring it in. I said this Wednesday. Hopefully they get it right this time. I'm out of patience.

I brought my 2017 Yukon Denali to the dealership after I bought it for my wife at another dealership which was not GMC. Although the vehicle was low miles and previously certified preowned we found it to have multiple issues including one that was a major motor issue. I immediately took the SUV to Yates after speaking with Service Tech Chris Brown. From day one after dropping off the SUV Chris worked tirelessly to make sure they went through the vehicle in detail to find out what the issues were. Chris would always text and call me back as soon as he could in a short amount of time explaining everything that had been done, what was still needed, and what he was going to do next. If Chris did not have the answer to my question he would find it in short order. Chris worked with my extended warranty to set up the coverage for the motor repair and even found ways for my family to save on what was not covered by warranty to lessen the blow. Our vehicle took longer to complete than expected but Chris was always up front with the timeline. Because of Chris’s excellent customer service, and taking care of my family the way he did I will be bringing my vehicle to Yates permanently. It hard to find good customer service, Chris and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should be recognized for that hard work.
