Technician failed to notice windshield wiper fluid immediately drained from reservoir upon filling. I drove 2 miles home, and found a puddle under car when returned to garage, and a Low Washer Fluid indicator on dash. Called dealer, they said bring it back. They topped off fluid - puddle in garage again. Called to have reservoir replaced - no appointments available. They need car dropped off for minimum of two days just to "diagnose". No loaners available. Horrible customer service and not very client-focused at all. They assured me this was industry standard - no thank you. I called the next closest dealer and found impeccable customer service, and a team willing to work with an appointment schedule. They even confirmed part was in stock while I was on the phone to avoid delays during appointment - maximum two hour wait for repair. Needless to say they will be my new servicing and seller dealer despite the longer drive.

Dylan was one of the best car salesman I���ve ever dealt with. His commitment to Customer Service will lead to his success wherever his career path takes him. One, I live in California so my brother-in-law who lives in surprise test drove the car for me. He left his sunglasses in the truck and Dylan met him in Surprise in order to return his sunglasses. EnFrank, frankly was very average, ���if that���. Jerome and Esteban were way above average in getting the finalization of the purchase completed.

I had my Encore serviced Saturday, and the service was the best as always. Very polite staf. My wife had her Encore serviced a few weeks ago and had great service from Ashlee. Although the invoice was $2,000 in the end the vehicle is now in top shape. I would always recommend Yates Dealership for service and purchase of a vehicle. The Buick line of cars are durable and have great mileage.

Horrible service truck was there for a week was asked to do service and check truck for any issues was just check for issues and was told there was no warranty. The oil change and tire rotation was not done and said truck was ready. Had to leave it there for another day to get the service done. Very ridiculous and might consider another gmc service location.

Took my truck in on a Thursday, I was told it would be ready on Monday. I called on Monday since I hadn't heard from them yet, I couldn't get a hold of the service advisor so I had to call to get someone else on the phone. I was told my truck was ready just needed to finish paper work. I did not get a call from them on Tuesday, I called on Wednesday and the service advisor didn't answer my call either, I asked again to speak to someone else because the advisor wasn't answering my phone for the past 3 days and I needed an ETA on my truck. I was told the advisor wasn't in today but my truck was ready to be picked up.
