Oil change appt took way to long for basic service. Has staggered times so my sons car could also be done 1 after the other. His appt was hour in a half later and both cars were finished at the same time. Terrible job managing appt times!!

The service department which is the purpose of my visit , service Representative was great but I cheer those behind the seen who accomplish the grind of service they get my praise and cheers , Great service workers !
Made appoint to have vehicle serviced 1st thing Friday morning, pulled vehicle up to the bay doors at the “QUICK” lube THURSDAY NIGHT and gave them to an advisor and reiterated the need to have the vehicle serviced 1st thing. Friday comes and no word from advisor by 9am. I call and they tell me the vehicle won’t be ready until 11:30. I had to rearrange my entire morning in order to accommodate missing a vehicle which was in for a simple 30 minute service, I know it’s a 30 minute service because I’ve worked at this dealership as a mechanic and was in the industry for 14 years. When I dropped my wife off to get her vehicle the glove box and cabin air filter were still removed and the contents scattered on the passenger floor board. I’m sure the “techs” simply missed it and it happens but I assume the lot attendants have functional eyes as they didn’t hit anything thing with her vehicle and should have noted something to the advisor. When my wife brought up the issue it was promptly addressed but my wife was “COACHED” by the advisor to not say something to the tech about it and offered a “GOOD” car wash next time the vehicle is in for service. The “QUICK” line at this dealership isn’t even on par with the service that can be had at Walmart or Jiffy Lube and needs serious reconsideration. If it’s taking longer than 45 minutes for a simple LOF/Tire rotation and wash you’re missing the mark with just not myself but every single customer that comes through the door.

We made a morning to bring our Denali in for the brake recall. We decided to drop it off the night before, Phillip was there. He had all the paperwork ready for us, which was great. The Sean called the next morning, vehicle was ready on time as promised! Once again, great service!!

Customer service was good, the quote and items to be fix were overpriced and the worst part is that my car did not needed to have any parts replaced, I would had spend 3,000 dollars for nothing, took my car for second opinion to an AC expert with 4.9 review rating and over 20 years of experience and there was no physical view(and witness by me and my husband) of my part needing any replacement. I took my car back to the dealers to fix another quote they gave me to fix my sensor temperature light, that was all the fixing needed. I never mention to Phillip customers service about my finding, I even mention when I paid so my AC should be ok now and he said oh no that is a different issue your air still blowing warm and your AC light is off you still need to change the evaporator, I said ok and left when I turn on my car the AC light was on my car AC was blowing cold air, even better then before, I was disappointed with the dishonesty, I paid 130.00 for a wrong diagnosis, I only paid 50 dollars for a reputable AC expert and he let me know as soon as the sensor will be replace the AC light will come back on and your AC will be fine. I give 2 stars because they did good in replacing my sensor. The good in me wants to believe there was no malicious act to charge me more and the possibility that younger inexperience staff mis diagnosed my vehicle, but still the comments made at the end that my car was still blowing hot air and AC light was not working was not true when I drove off the lot that day, my AC light was on and the air cold.
