Confirmed Service Customer
2015 Chevy Silverado - made an appointment for an airbag recall as well as engine trouble. I did not get my recall taken care of because they went into the engine first they took my engine apart charge me $950. They wanted approximately $8000-$13,000 for engine repair work had to get a tow truck and tow my truck back home with engine apart mind you I drove it in and had to call a tow truck to take it to my house because I do not have that kind of money saved up To get my engine fixed on my truck. I wish the service advisor. Chris Brown would���ve told me Pedro if we go into the engine and find damage it could cost you thousands of dollars I had an impression that it was only gonna cost me like $2000 pr $3000 Dollars and wish Chris would���ve told me to just hold off if I didn���t have that kind of money because it could cost upwards of up to $13,000 then it would���ve only cost me $120 for the diagnostics. I���ve had bad experiences at Gateway Chevrolet That���s the reason that I���ve been to Yates not only to buy vehicles but to get my vehicle serviced there and for this to happen to me specially when I am living paycheck to paycheck really hurts to have taken my truck there driving in paid $950 to have Yates service take my engine apart had to pay $140 for tow truck and take my truck home with my engine apart and the Recall not fixed. $1,090.00 for taking engine apart, tow truck and recall not attended to. Feel like I got taken advantage in a sense because I had too get a new vehicle, now i���m stuck with two payments and a truck that���s an operative ! Peace

The agent that I worked with was great but waiting 3 hrs for ur service to be done just to change head lights was absolutely awful! And the shuttle service was not available for 2 hrs it was not a pleasant experience

Michael (can���t remember his last name but was an older gentleman) was nice but the quality of service I received was lackluster. My truck was out of commission for close to 3 weeks and didn���t get assigned to a technician until 5 days after I dropped it off. Upon receiving my truck it had a dirty interior (grease stains on the white portions) an almost completely empty gas tank, in the three weeks they had my truck only 1 of my concerns were corrected and the other the technician could not determine what the cause was. Also after getting my truck my alignment was off and the truck now needs one. The truck had 2800 miles when I took it in for service. Aside from the technical side my service advisor, even though I���m sure he���s busy with other customers wasn���t providing timely updates and I needed to constantly text to ask for them. After doing an inspection of the exterior my truck I noticed a broken clip on my front bumper that wasn���t broken before and nobody informed me of it at the dealership. Overall poor experience and lack of professional courtesy, as for the concern that was corrected it seems to have maintained nicely.

Had a 130pm appt and vehicle did not go in to the shop until 245pm. Was not told it would be at least 2 hours. Service advisor then took my phone number and said he would contact me once they found issue with slow tire leak. I returned to his desk at 330pm (note I was waiting in the showroom) and asked, for a Quick Lube, this is kind of slow. He said, I went looking for you in the lounge but could not find you. I said, why did you not call me. Well, because I like to have all the paper work and estimates before I meet with you. I then said you were looking for me for a reason, why didn���t you call? That did not seem to sink in. The oil change was done but because he did not get a hold of me the tire repair was not done. His recommendation was buy 2 new tires as they were badly worn. So, by 440pm I was finally able to leave. All because of not communicating expectations and CALLing me on the phone, I was there over 3+ hours for an oil change and one tire repair.
