Service Writer (Ashley) welcomes me with a smile (also noticed she does the same with everyone). Ashley is very knowledgeable on repairs needed on my SUV when I come in. Although I haven’t had much connection with the other employees it seems that everyone is pleasant. Best dealership I have dealt with in all repairs needed.

Took a lot longer than originally stated , I had to call to see when I could pick up rather than someone calling me to keep me informed. When I picked up my car, the inside floor was a mess was not detailed as promised.
When I called to make my appointment, I was told there was an opening on Friday at 8AM. By 2:30PM my vehicle had not even been looked at yet. My truck ended up staying overnight and I had to pick it up on Saturday. When I called on Sat at 11AM I was told that Kyle wasn't working that day (he told us he was) and they had no idea what was going on with my truck. They had to call Kyle on his cell phone and then called me back to state my truck had been done for a while and they apologized for not calling sooner. If you tell me you have an opening at 8AM, I expect that my truck would be looked at that morning. People make plans and this totally screwed up our plans for the weekend. Also, don't tell us you're working on Sat when you're not - no need to lie to us. While we will most likely use Yates in the future for service, we will NEVER book an appointment with Kyle again! Don't like being lied to!

The salesperson was horrible as soon as we signed the contract we have questions and he never answered his phone I called the finance manager same never answer took me a lot for them to answer my calls then my Yukon was having issues they kept it overnight i spoke to brent i didn't feel comfortable driving the truck anymore hes answer was i can give you a new one but your payments are going up 300 more

I was very impressed when I arrived at the dealership. The service attendant was very informative and friendly. I was told exactly what items would be checked and serviced as needed. The attendant had an Uber car already waiting to take me home while servicing. They also brought me back to the dealership when all was completed. I will definitely return to Yates Buick GMC for any future assistance! (And YES, I love my Buick Encore!)
Customer service was great! The salesman is an expert on vehicle and that made it easy to purchase. Everyone was very helpful and have great customer service. The staff is very friendly and it is very clean.

Making an "appointment" is a waste of time. It doesn't mean at Yates what it does at every other place of business, industry, etc. This was a follow up appointment to have a spare tire mounted. It doesn't even involve using a car lift or a service bay, yet we had to wait hours until one opened up to perform a 15 minute task. In addition, the service technician was tearing apart the inside of the vehicle to find our tool to lower the spare tire... no, he didn't know where they are stored in a 2013 GMC Yukon XL (pretty common vehicle). One would think that a GMC dealership would own the tool needed to lower the spare tire and not need to dig into the owners personal items. Unbelievable!!!
