Buying a car is very stressful and overwhelming. I did not want to be getting a new car, but circumstances led to that and Beth at Yates made this a pretty simple process for me. I was able to describe what I was looking for and a price range that worked for me, and she worked to make sure that I left feeling happy and at peace with my decisions. The night I went in to look I was not ready to buy, commitment isn’t my thing. Beth had me take the car home and to work the next day so I could test it and get a feel for it- which I think was really what sealed the deal. I’m very happy with my commitment and with the service I received while negotiating. I now have the peace of mind knowing I have a great and reliable car, as well as a team of people who are there for me should I need to go back for any reason.

Service advisor was, as usual, patient and thorough in explaining needed repairs and options. Other advisor was also very helpful in receiving my truck from tow company and delivering it following repairs. Mechanic was more than happy to show me the problems and explain why the recommended repairs were warranted. Everybody I dealt with was very pleasant.

The experience was fine... until I received notification (yesterday) from Wells Fargo letting me know that they will be handling my auto loan?! AFTER I specifically asked, before I even entered the dealership, if they used US Bank then requested multiple times throughout the process including my time with the finance manager. I was also CRYSTAL CLEAR when I said that I WOULD NOT buy the Buick if they financed my with either one of the 2 banks, WELLS FARGO or Bank of America -- I could not have been more clear!!! I told them I don't even care if it's a lower rate, I want to deal with MY bank, period (US Bank)! With an 800+ credit score and about a 50% LTV ratio I would have no trouble getting financed with my own bank. This is exactly the kind of shady business practice that continue to give car dealers a bad name and why I can't stand working with them these days because they obviously sold my loan to the highest bidder once I left the dealership and had no control of the sale. What am I supposed to do now??? I guess I have to take money out of my savings and pay off the loan so they get charged back then try to get financed somewhere else??? What a nightmare that could have so easily been prevented if he had just honored our multiple requested to go with our bank which he ASSURED me would happen!!! I can't stand working with such a fraudulent bank as Wells Fargo (I have personally had horrible experiences with) which is exactly who I'm stuck with thanks to the dishonesty of Yates!

Yates sold us a new Enclave recently but the safety system for lane departure was not functioning properly. We brought it in to Yates service center at 10:00 AM on Monday and it was not ready for pick-up until around 4:30 on the following day. In the service department Nick Franzen was told by me that the lane change system was not working properly and also that the forward collision system was showing alerts that had to be manually acknowledged. After two days, Nick Franzen told me that he used the vehicle manual to solve the problem himself and the car was now working properly. After two full working days we expected that a technician had worked on the problem, not simply the service writer. As we left the dealership, the detection system was still not working properly. Franzen was not honest with us about his "fixing the problem" and apparently relied on himself rather than consulting with a technician. We were very upset over the 2-day loss of our car with basically nothing being done to repair it. We took a scheduled road trip on 5/3 and on our return on 5/10 we took the car to another dealership. Within 20 minutes of our arrival they had a technician assess the problem and determined that it was the same issue as four other new Enclaves they have seen that have experienced a computer problem regarding the detection systems. They told us that GM is currently aware of the problem and working on a fix and that they will notify us as soon as they receive the necessary software fix from GM. Yates Buck is a 100-mile round trip from our home and we chose Yates three times for new Buick purchases during the past few years. Sorry, but Yates lost us as customers since we don't feel this company stands behind the products they sell.

Very good experience.... they got me a little early, told me about an hour and a half, they delivered in less than an hour with a nice wash job. The service advisor explained thoroughly what they did and when to come in for my next service, The customer waiting room was nice, clean and very comfortable. My previous four vehicles were Mercedes and they had outstanding service and facilities. Your service and facility matched theirs! Good job all around! Look forward to our next visit.
