I had paid about $50 more for the same oil change somewhere else. Your staff was very professional and courteous. The other place did not have a rewards program and your dealership does. It is a much further drive for me but worth it in the end. Much appreciated!
Just great people with which to purchase a vehicle. This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Yates. Why? Because of the great experience the first time with Matt, we knew we would return to Yates.
This is the second time that Ashley would service has gone above and beyond. I don't think there's anything else I could say to express the Gratitude towards her. She doesn't mind to go the extra mile for anybody as I'm waiting to return the keys to her I'm listening to another customer Express their gratitude of how well she treated them as well so I know this is definitely a daily thing for her to go the extra mile for anybody. I honestly am not big with making huge purchases at a dealership LOL site thankfully I did what did GM in Goodyear and I've met some great people. Sadly I'm on maternity leave therefore I'm a bit too broke to express my gratitude to her but she made my entire trip 100 percent Amazing. Going into a dealership and seeing people who work there and just feeling like a part of the family because of that one person it's amazing. She is definitely a true asset to the company and would recommend anybody to go and purchase their car there because I know that if anything goes wrong or they're concerned about their vehicle Ashley or anybody else who works in service but specifically Ashley will be available and as I have witness and experienced myself treat everybody amazing.
I originally scheduled my appointment on-line for Saturday afternoon. I never received a confirmation email so I called a few days later to confirm. i was not scheduled. i then had to wait another week to get in.
