Confirmed Service Customer
I took my 2023 Denali they had it for a month, has DEF fluid in the tank, a week after they gave it to me the truck started to smoke going to a job, now I don't have my truck again.

They went over the service options with me and then ignored our whole discussion. They completed services that I specifically said I wanted to wait on so my bill was twice as much as I originally agreed on. I also specifically asked them not to wash my truck because I have a special way I wash it due to the black paint and they washed it anyways. The don't seem to care what you say at the time of drop off and just do their own thing. My service rep was nice but a $400 service ended up costing me $845.

I have experienced a number of issues with my 2022 Chevy Silverado. After I dropped off for a third time due to suspension noise, I asked to have the vehicle detailed as a courtesy for the inconvenience this has caused. I was told they would detail it- NOTHING! I also made sure to ask for something as simple as a oil change sticker in the driver side corner, I was told it was done, NOTHING! I purchased the MBP which included oil changes, I then get a call from the rep stating I owe $80+. I thought the dealership is a place for quality work, I have not received that!

One would think that a baseline inspection of a used car in the State of Arizona would include checking to see the air conditioning system works. We realize that we bought a car beyond it's warranty, and we remain happy with our purchase. But it is unfortunate that the salesman was more interested in checking to see that we logged onto OnStar than confirming we had functioning AC. Stand by your products and be decent to people; it's easy.

Having to take the entire dash board system apart to gain access to repair the A/C system and successfully getting it back together perfectly exceeded my expectations. You left no sign you were ever there. Everything is working again. I think the cost was too high, otherwise you would have gotten the highest possible rating. Customer service did great keeping me updated during the multi day process.

Walked in pretty late on a Thursday night and we didn't feel pushed or rushed in the slightest. On the contrary, we were met with patience and full understanding for what we were in search for. With that being said we did end up bringing home our new truck and with such ease! Extra kudos to Andrew Orr and Temiko who not only met but exceeded all expectations during this process.
