I brought my car in on a Monday Oct 16, 2023 (about 12:30pm), and it is my only transportation. I was told it would be 24 to 48 hours before a diagnostic test could be ran. My advisor told me he would call to let me know when the diagnostic would take place. I asked if they had rental cars, the advisor said only after the diagnostic and if my car needed an extended amount of time there to fix the issue. This is shameful, I had no transportation at all. I have no friends or family here to cart me around, this should be included with a fee to rent of course. On Wednesday, October 18, 2023 no one had called me at all, not even a courtesy call, so I called and was informed my car was still not being looked at. On Thursday October 19, 2023, I called three times; once in the morning, once at noon-ish and then at 3pm and my advisor was busy. The advisor finally called me at 5:45pm on Thursday to tell me the diagnostic test did not show the issue I brought my car in for. (power steering issue light). He told me I could pick up my car tomorrow. FIVE DAYS you had my car, this is worst experience I have ever had. DO BETTER. It shouldn't take five days to diagnose a problem. I highly suspect you don't care and this will go no where, but your service and advisors are extremely lacking....and yet you want your money and make no apologies.
