I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment, checked in and was told to go make myself comfortable. At 11:45 got up to walk around and to my surprise my Canyon was still at the service entrance. When I received my bill I questioned a charge of $141.78. I was told it was for 3 quarts of differential oil. Most auto parts stores charge $8:00 a quart. Sounds like price gouging!
