Alex did an excellent job. he kept me well informed regarding what additional maintenance items were required and the time and cost associated with getting the performed. Alex performs his role in a friendly and professional manner. He is quite an asset to the Yates organization. I will continue to ask for and work with him during my future visits. I must add that Richard in the BDC was also very impressive. He also was very professional and friendly in the manner is which he scheduled my appointment and kept a conversation going with me as he documented my concerns and personal information.
