Our 2018 Buick Enclave was brought in for when a person making the call out can hear the call and the person talking. The person on the call on the outside can not hear the driver. It took two weeks to find the problem. We were advised by Phillip Gonzales of status. Then came Thanksgiving and we were given a loaner Enclave due to the need to transport people and table chairs, etc. Engineers, emails were all trying to figure out the problem. Finally they replaced the Human Machine Interface. All is well. Sometimes it just takes time but were happy all the way around
