I brought my 2017 Yukon Denali to the dealership after I bought it for my wife at another dealership which was not GMC. Although the vehicle was low miles and previously certified preowned we found it to have multiple issues including one that was a major motor issue. I immediately took the SUV to Yates after speaking with Service Tech Chris Brown. From day one after dropping off the SUV Chris worked tirelessly to make sure they went through the vehicle in detail to find out what the issues were. Chris would always text and call me back as soon as he could in a short amount of time explaining everything that had been done, what was still needed, and what he was going to do next. If Chris did not have the answer to my question he would find it in short order. Chris worked with my extended warranty to set up the coverage for the motor repair and even found ways for my family to save on what was not covered by warranty to lessen the blow. Our vehicle took longer to complete than expected but Chris was always up front with the timeline. Because of Chris’s excellent customer service, and taking care of my family the way he did I will be bringing my vehicle to Yates permanently. It hard to find good customer service, Chris and the mechanic who worked on my vehicle should be recognized for that hard work.
