• separate issues in about a two month time frame. I was taken care of by Charity in service and she is a true professional. I made it clear that I did not purchase the vehicle from them, but it was no issue at all. She had her team get right to work. She called me throughout the repair process and kept me informed every step of the way. She arranged a rental vehicle for me each time and made sure that my rental was satisfactory as well. After the third time of taking my truck in, I began to lose confidence in my purchase and expressed the possibility of trading for something there at Yates. Charity reassured me that her team would get to the bottom of my issues, and if, at that time, I still felt that I wanted another vehicle, she would arrange that with one her top salespeople. She is a true professional and steward of her profession. I will be taking my truck to Yates for everything in the future and asking for her by name. When it’s time for my wife’s new Yukon, Yates will be where we buy it. Good folks there.

  I recently purchased a used 2006 WRX from them and I was super impressed with the whole deal. Asking price online was $12,300 and I walked away paying $12,100 INCLUDING gap insurance on the vehicle. I’m so used to dealerships screwing around with the numbers and monthly payment arrangements, but this buying experience was a breeze. I was in finance for maybe 5 minutes? They got me the payment I wanted with no hassle. Also, Sean was great! He kept in contact with me the whole four days it took to close this deal via text giving me updates.   Traditional, old school buying experience. Expect the back and forth process and constent squeezing you for more money, even after the hand shake deal, as the finance guy will add money different than was agreed upon. Besides that, they were fair and honest, price was good and plates came fast with a refund check for the difference estimated.

As we walked through the door, a man named James Whiteside approached us. He introduced himself and asked us what our needs/wants were.   Yates is definitely THE place to go for a vehicle! Friendly, helpful staff! I bought a used vehicle here, a convertible, had issues with the top after 1 month. Called Yates, they said they didn't have anyone that knew how to work on it, to take it to the car company dealership (a local Nissan dealership), the extended warranty covered it. Long story short, Nissan actually charged me $100, didn't fix anything, told me I needed to replace the entire top, at $23,000. I picked up my car from Nissan (with bolts in my cup holder) they didn't even put my car back together properly! I called Yates, they had me bring it in, brought in a 3rd party convertible top expert, added some fluid and it works perfectly. They didn't charge me a penny!! Can't beat the service, kindness, helpfulness of Yates dealership!!
