So you had my car for about seven days you said you weren’t able to emulate the problem I realize that you had not even driven my car. It was at the same mileage that I brought it in at. I’m really disappointed and I was charged about $620for you to hook it up to a machine

I went in for oil change and decided to wait everything was done in 90 minutes I waited in their pleasant waiting room when I was called, and my truck was ready. I didn't know I had any points the dealer had given me when I bought my truck until I went to pay my bill. My service bill would of been over one hundred dollars but thanks to points I had enough for it to be free

My car was taken care of. I’m not a fan of my service advisor. It’s not a good fit for me . I always wait for my car. So if questions come up, come ask. I know I opted to use a text feature as well !! I just feel as my car ages and warranty expires. The customer service diminishes overall.

We had issues with the sales manager about him saying we HAD to finance the truck for four months even thou we were paying cash for the truck. Once the head manager took this guy out of the picture the rest of the sale went smoothly except the delivered the truck without an antenna on the truck.

Service was done in a timely way. Only issue was that I got an email for 10% off the quoted service price but at the point of service, I was told since I didn’t have the email with me, no discount. I did not feel that was right.
