Ashley Salinas was very quick to respond to my situation and get my car in right away. She explained what was needed to fix my car, the estimated costs, and she was able to get me a loaner rental as well. Ashley has always treated me professionally and she has been personable to work with. I am glad she is my assigned service manager!!

From the time my son and I met Roy Rubio at the front door, I sensed we were in good hands! He was extremely knowledgeable about the two cars I was interested in. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, which made me feel more comfortable about making a purchase. I also like the fact that your dealership does not request financial information BEFORE a decision to buy a car is made.

When I opened the driver's side door of my 2008 Buick LeSabre the handle broke off. I was close to Yates Buick so I drove to their service dept. where they told me they had the part in stock and were able to fix it that day. They completed the repair in about one hour.

Mike in service is very respectful and accommodating, but the new headlight that was installed was not working again in just a little over a week. Will be returning it on Monday, June 12. Very concerned about this as it could have been dangerous and I could have been given an expensive traffic ticket.
